1. Use of Dynamic Formulations

Our feed matrices, FCR estimates, and structural designs are calculated based on standard peer-reviewed agronomical benchmarks from Wageningen University laboratories. Live feed mill production managers must adapt calculations to local climatic profiles and grain supply configurations.

2. Minimum Order Tonnages

Standard raw premixes require minimum commercial orders of one metric tonne unless otherwise detailed in authorized quotation paperwork. Shipping delivery is handled FOB Rotterdam or Amsterdam railheads under Incoterms rules.

3. Performance Disclaimers

While our models target optimal metabolic pathways and lower enteric emissions, absolute yield gains are dependent on complex biological factors. These include herd health, ventilation, water quality, and local genetic variations. We assume no legal liability for local livestock anomalies.

4. Intellectual Property

Our linear coding frameworks, NIR calibration software, and micro-encapsulation techniques are proprietary. Copying or reverse-engineering our software interfaces is prohibited.

5. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising from transactions or partnerships on this platform are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, with dispute resolution taking place in Dutch regional courts.
